Please complete the returns note supplied, and return with the item in the original garment packaging.

Once we have processed your return which could take up to 3 working days, your money will be refunded to your account within 3-5 working days. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money.

We regret that you are not able to return items to a any authorised PING Collection stockists.

The product(s) is(are) your responsibility until it(they) reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the product(s) to us is your responsibility and we recommend you obtain proof of postag.
Please be aware postage will only be refunded if there is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
